Introduction to programming course in Python, Summer II 2016

FYI:
From: "Vinhthuy T Phan (vphan)" <vphan<mailto:vphan>>

I would like to let you know that this summer, we will offer an introduction to programming course in Python (COMP 4001/6001, MTWR 5:30-7:30PM from July 5 to August 5, 2016). I will be the instructor. There are three main goals I want to accomplish for this course:

1. Teach beginners how to program. So, there’s no pre-requisite.
2. Teach them how to program in Python.
3. Teach them how to analyze data using Python packages including Pandas, Scikit-learn, seaborn and statsmodels. This will be based on two workshops that I taught earlier (https://github.com/vtphan/python-workshop)
