West Cancer Center Summer Internship in instructional design

Instructional Design Student Internship at the West Cancer Center Job Description: Designs and develops instructional material for employee training courses that support company technical products. Develops entry and advanced level courses for both internal and external audiences through the use of multimedia technology and authoring tools. Job Duties · Works with the Director of Professional Development and Training to convert existing PowerPoint presentations into self paced learning modules. · Uses creative ideas and strategies to present learning concepts to enhance learning · Develops evaluation tools to assess student learning · Collaborates with internal information technology (IT) department to plan delivery system of learning modules. Proficiency Skill Required: · Ability to proficiently and independently work on company provided PC · Microsoft Products- Word & PowerPoint (2007) · Adobe Products – Captivate 8 and Presenter 10 Hours/ Pay · Flexible – Monday thru Friday · 3 days per week (6-8 hours per day) · $12.00 per hour · 8 week employment Applicant encouraged to present portfolio of completed ID projects with resume.
